Application of cold pack:Put in fridge or freezer (-18°C) for appreximately 2 hours.
Application warm pack:
Put in hot water (max 80°C) for approximately 6 min. or in Microwave for max. 4 min.
Do not place directly on the skin.
Repeat the procedure after use.
